Experience the history of music machines up close:

The Jukebox World at the Terra Technica Museum takes you on a fascinating journey through the history of music machines. With over 950 jukeboxes, the collection ranks among the largest of its kind worldwide. On display are the early predecessors of the jukebox — mechanical music machines — through to the legendary rock ’n’ roll models and modern digital systems of today. Sparkling lights, chrome details and the unmistakable sound bring the golden age of entertainment back to life. Many of the exhibits are original pieces that have been carefully restored. Some jukeboxes can even be experienced hands-on. The exhibition impressively showcases the technical and design evolution spanning more than a century of music history.
